What is the maximum file/video size?

Use video or audio on which the size will not exceed more than 25MB. If the video is more than 25MB, upload them on Facebook and use the URL in our platform using the video block on the flow builder (refer the image below).

The same rule applies for files as well, upload any file format that should not exceed 25MB memory size.
