Adding vendor details for your products to the messenger chatbot will help your subscribers to choose their favourite brands (if you sell multi-brand products).

You can add multiple vendors and categories and their products to sell with messenger chatbot.

To add vendors, navigate to Menu > eCommerce > Vendors > Add Vendor.

The above image shows the “Add Vendor” wizard looks like. In this page, you have to fill the fields with relevant information.

Name – Fill this field with the name of the Vendor here.

[The below field are all optional]

Short Description – Put some details about the vendor in short in this field.

Image URL – Use the image’s URL of the vendor in this field.

Phone Number – Here you need to fill the contact detail of the vendor

Store Address – The location and address of the store will come here.

Advanced Options – All the fields here will be used to provide more information about the vendor. Even though it is optional, I would suggest you utilise these fields to give more details to your subscribers about the vendor.

After filling all these fields, don’t forget to select the “Save” button.
