To use this feature on your messenger chatbot navigate to Menu > Tools > Stickers on BotSumo platform.
You will get a lot of stickers on the next page.

Choose the sticker and select the “edit” (pen) icon on the top of stickers and enter your reply on the following text box.

You can use the flow if you want and don’t forget to save the progress after completing it.
