How can I enable/disable live chat?

Live chat option is possible on our platform if you can give page-level permission to BotSumo so that you can receive the messages in first prior on our platform and get the messages secondly on your Facebook platform. To get this feature for multiple users, follow the below steps.

• Step 1: Select Menu on the top-left corner of the page
• Step 2: On the audience section, click bulk action options to perform this action
• Step 3: Select “Enable Live Chat” on the drop-down menu to enable live chat option to multiple users.
• Step 4: Select “Disable Live Chat” on the drop-down menu to disable live chat option to multiple users.
